Culinary Festival 2010. The food was less than amazing.

I always end up going to places and BAM, there is a big festival. There are two perspective to see this, one is that it's awesome to be a part of when it only comes once or twice a year, on the other hand, there I don't see get to see the real locals or how it actually looks without the crowd and sellers. Err... I'm happy either way.

Do you see the lines? OMG, people who drive in this country is ridiculous, but waayy more safe than America. It does feel like you are going to get killed when you walk across the street, but when you do without any sudden stops or hesitation, it's normal and pretty damn safe. I only seen ONE accident when I was there with rain and shine, and it wasn't even a serious injury. When I'm in American, it rains and I see a minimum of three car accidents. =.= I think the locals there think more with their brains and feet than Americans.

It's amazing how dingy a third world country can be, but at the same time, look at it in a different light--you'll see more than just trash in between the weeds.

I'm back!

And I come back with a picture I didn't take. My sister took this, and it's quite amazing what small tips such as "don't put me in the middle of the picture anymore!!!" works like a charm. I love it. I like this whole composition. The handsome man on the side, the little people to show the depth of the sand dunes, more of the sand dunes covering the pictures instead of the sky. I just fell in love with this picture.
